Shamsudeen Adedapo Aderoju is a vibrant Nigerian Youth with a thorough background in sciences and vast experience in leadership and community development. He is an alumnus of the prestigious British Council Leaders for Tomorrow Training program and a fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative (West African Regional Leadership Centre). He currently works with TIIDELab Initiative as the Program Coordinator.
Shamsudeen has a seven-year experience facilitating workshops and seminars on leadership, community development, Nation and Community Development related topics. He is a seasoned facilitator, speaker, anchor and program executor. His life ambition is to raise future leaders from amongst the downtrodden. He is an excellent communicator, a writer, a speaker and a team player. He has a masters and Bachelor Degrees from the University of Ilorin and the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto Respectively. He is an advocate of peace and a staunch believer of the work-ability of the Nigerian project.

I provide a hands-on training session on varieties of topics such as leadership, problem-solving, communication and community development amongst others.
I am good with minimal resource maximization in the execution of projects and programs that drive huge impacts. I am skilled in strategic planning and utilization of best hands possible to ensure desired output is achieved for programs
Be it a speech, a proposal or even a project report, I communicate ideas and thoughts to readers using simple terms and drives home logical point as simple as possible
I ensure events are coordinated seamlessly with the interest of the audience, the nature of speakers and the goal of the event in mind. with a blend of humour and proper use of the language of instruction, rest assured of an amazing event with me
with an inborn altruistic personality and close to a decade of experience in humanitarian services, I conduct a needs assessment for the underserved communities and facilitate the deployment of resources to supply their need and allievate their concerns
At either conferences, seminars or workshop, I deliver succinct address to varieties of contemporary national issues
2014 NYSC/Abia State Honours Award in recognition of my contribution to Socio Economic Development of the State during Service Year.

Volunteered at The Drive to Thrive Summit which focused on Youth Leadership, Politics, Career Building, & Enterpreneurship Held at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and it was presented to me on the 31st of May 2019.
Overwhelming support and immerse contributions towards the success of the administration which was presented to me on the 14th of October, 2019.
Award of Excellence Conferred on me by the Students’ Representative Council of National Association of Physical Science Students in recognition of my outstanding contributions to Humanitarian Service in 2018.
Over the years, Shamsudeen has a great mentor, a pusher who constantly makes efforts to ensure I achieve any of my set goals. We have worked on different projects together and his impact and the efforts he puts in to ensure the project is a success is immeasurable.
Mr. Shamsudeen is a rare breed of a leader. His dedication to his team, students, mentee, and his ability to inspire has made my experience at TIIDELab an amazing moment. His charisma, leadership skills, and attention to detail gave room to my team and me to emerge as the most outstanding team and me as the best graduating student during cohort 2. It was a pleasure learning and working under him and I fully trust that his career will be full of remarkable success due to his creativity and ability to lead.
One thing I am still grateful for is the gift of Mr Shamsudeen, He made me know the true meaning of who a leader is.I was so fortunate to be his student through the TIIDELab Cohort 2 that lasted for about 6 months, Mr Shams loves teaching and he teaches with clarity and at the end of the class there is always something practical to show that you have understood whatyou were taught. I have always imagined what I would have learnt and known if he was my Course Lecturer at School. I believe he will still rise to higher places of authority with his determination and Leadership attribute.
Shamsudeen is analytical and pays attention to detail. He is a force to reckon with and working with him has been a pleasure indeed. He is multidisciplinary and has the ability to manage multiple teams in a seamless manner.
